River Cruise on the Pearl RIver, 3rd longest river in China
Our spicy girl gets spicier when she is tired BUT we love her all the more then,
Cahtherine's 5th grader went with us.
Orphanage Visit--Quingyuan City
Today, we were up early
OMGoodness!! I just spent about an hour writing about the visit..and it all disappeared.
My vpn is going down a lot and so is my internet connection.....

5 Goat Mountain
We traveled up to 5 Goat Mountain. I missed part of the history of the site, but here is what I heard/remember. A man went up to the mountain to enjoy, relax, and drink wine while he was up on the mountain.
Some story about 5 goats coming down with grain in their mouth and carts on their backs..
We will have to google this story later for the details.
Gz has several nicknames: Flower City, Grain City, Goat City... maybe more, I can't remember what Joyce said..
We, Americans, were famous on the mountain. The Chinese people stared, smiled, ventured forward, some asking for photos, others wanting to touch Andi's hair. Our kids seemed to enjoy the attention.
The kids played hatchy sack by themselves and with the Chinese people..
It is very humid here. It feels like home. It was good to climb and exercise some like yesterday's climb. I am missing fruit, salad, and exercising.

Andi sleeps like Steven-- a lot
we are waiting on Andi to wake up. She went to bed about 8pm. She has taken over 2 hour naps when we have been in the room in the afternoon... The boys keep coming to look in her crib to see if she is waking at all. They can't stand not having her awake. They also like to look at her sleeping. Such sweet boys...with such a sweet girl..
She waved, smiled, giggled, laughed and interacted with the boys yesterday afternoon. She just giggles when she lightly touched one of them on the shoulder and they fall over!! Believe me the boys are loving this game over and over. She just giggles and giggles....
It is unbelievable from what yesterday morning was like to yesterday afternoon....Transformation..
She also likes for them to swing her when we are walking...just loves it.
I am ready to take her back to the park to see what she does with the slides now.
We are going to some play park today---I think...
I have not made it into Jordan's store but have met him on the street. So nice. Actually, we havent done any shopping yet.... Hopefully, today we will get some in..
Jordan went ahead and made Andi's name meaning print. He asked Beth in our travel group what was the lady with the 3 boys and little girl's name.... He is a Christian along with another shop keeper that stopped me because of my cross necklace. She has a bracelet on with a bible verse. We will go back to her shop too.

Bub, I think you would have liked the food here...except the Wee Little French place.....If you had been with us, we really would have had to go to another restaurant to eat again!!
Oh--at the Chinese place, the little Chinese man came and told me to get up (in Chinese language) and switch seats with baby Andi.. We are not sure what that was about, but we all laughed and laughed...
